Belizean Mayan Cacao Tasting with Ginger Elizabeth Hahn
Experience the flavors of the ancient Mayans through cacao beans, chocolate and the famous Mayan chocolate drink. Ginger has hand selected different cacao beans and chocolates from Belize and brought them back to America for you to taste.
The tasting will include: different chocolates from Belize; fermented and unfermented beans and nibs; the traditional Mayan chocolate drink using chocolate from Eladio Pop's farm in Toledo, Belize; Ginger Elizabeth's version of the Mayan chocolate drink; and more.
