Ginger has hand selected different cacao beans and chocolates from Belize and brought them back to America for you to taste. The tasting will include: different chocolates from Belize; fermented and unfermented beans and nibs; the traditional Mayan chocolate drink using chocolate from Eladio Pop's farm in Toledo, Belize; Ginger Elizabeth's version of the Mayan chocolate drink; and more.
