Chocolate Bonbons

Ginger Elizabeth brings a mastery of classical technique together with an intuitive understanding of chocolate's potential to produce exemplary chocolate creations.

Seeking out local ingredients and producers whenever possible has allowed her to curate a menu of distinctive bonbons which reflect her northern California home.

Please enjoy your chocolates within one to two weeks after purchase. The chocolates are best stored in a cool, dry place (60°F - 70°F) and best served at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended.
