Join Ginger as she demonstrates and unveils the mysteries behind tempering chocolate. You will learn how to temper chocolate by hand using two different methods. You will also learn how to make chocolate ganache for classic truffles which which you will dip and roll in cocoa powder. This class also includes a chocolate tasting in which Ginger will share some of her favorite stories about the history of chocolate and delve into the fascinating scientific properties of this amazing food.
Participants will take home 6 Classic Truffles along with a 6-Piece Box of Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates bonbons. Participants will also receive a 15%-off coupon to use at either Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates boutique within one week of the class date.
