A favorite nutty, chocolate treat turned into an Ice Cream Sandwich. Our Almond Rocher Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich is made with almond praline ice cream with a fudge sauce swirl sandwiched between chocolate macaron cookies and dipped in chocolate and candied almonds.
All of Ginger Elizabeth's ice creams are house-pasteurized and hand-crafted in micro-batches always using local organic milk and locally sourced and organic ingredients as much as possible. Best eaten within 3-4 days of Purchase!
