Ginger Elizabeth's seasonal fall macaron collection features four each of the following flavors:

• Pumpkin Pie – Macaron Cookie with Feuilletine Sprinkles filled with Pumpkin Spice Buttercream & Pumpkin Jam - Full Belly Farm Pumpkins 
• Apple Cobbler – Macaron Cookie with Cinnamon Oats filled with Cinnamon Buttercream & Apple Caramel  Jam - Mt. Moriah Farms Apples
• Snickerdoodle - Macaron Cookie sprinkled with Cinnamon filled with American Buttercream

Allergens: All macaron flavors contain milk, eggs and tree nuts (almonds). All macaron flavors are produced in a facility with wheat/gluten, peanuts, tree nuts and soy.

Ginger Elizabeth’s macarons are skillfully crafted in small batches, and filled with house-made ganaches, buttercreams, caramels and jams using local and organic ingredients as often as possible. The result is a cookie of remarkable texture and flavor. Yum!
