HI! It’s Ginger!!  I don’t like big chunks of rind in traditional marmalade, so I made up something I call marmalade jelly.  We blend the rind of the citrus, so you get the texture of a jelly plus some bits of flavorful rind. 

Made with Meyer Lemons from Good Humus Farm blended with Vanilla Beans. 

All of our artisanal jams are crafted with organic fruits from local farms and cooked in French copper jam pans. These jams capture each fruit's peak-of-the-season flavor in every jar! We do not add commercial pectin or gelatin to our jams. Offerings change as fruit comes in season and flavors are available while supplies last.

Storage/Shelf Life: 1 year unopened, once opened store in frig for up to 6 months.
