@ The Patisserie

Meet Ginger! Ginger will be signing her debut Macaron Cookbook and answering your questions.

"Always keep in mind these cookies [macarons] were once a mystery for me too. I'm hoping this book will take some of the mystery out of them for you, and that you'll find success making them in your own kitchen." — Ginger Elizabeth

Don't have a copy yet, get one here or we'll have plenty to purchase during the event. And don't miss our collaborating vendors who will be selling their amazing handcrafted goods at our outdoor Pop-up:

Echeri Ceramics
Echeri Ceramics collaborated with us on our pink mugs and in house coffee mugs and plates. A husband & wife brand who believe in the creative potential of manufacturing and playful design. They have been designing modern ceramics in their Sacramento studio since 2017. "A studio where we learn and grow individually and are the sum of two sets of hands and minds coming together for the love of design and the material." Alejandra & Luis

American Flat Soap Co.
Ginger collaborated with local soap maker American Flat Soap Co. to create our series of bonbon and cocoa inspired soaps. Using only sustainable oils, essential oils and natural colorants and botanicals, each soap is hand crafted in small batches and vary slightly in color, size and pattern. "When I was a little girl, I loved watching my mom and her friends giggle, sip champagne and creating new recipes. Now, nearly 25 years later, I'm in the kitchen creating new recipes with my mom!" Madelaine

Nudie Bar Soap Co.
We collaborated with local Candle craftswoman Tami Fucci of Nudie Bar Soap Co. to create our delectable hand-poured soy wax candles. Tami has a passion for helping others, whether in the massage studio or the makers studio. Practicing CMT for over 25 years, she decided to take her love of essential oils and create a product line that fits into her wholistic approach to life and that would benefit her massage clients as well. "Germs Bad, Soap Good" Tami

Ro Sham Beaux
They're our neighbors and will be sampling sparkling wine with bakery purchase.
