Chilled Chocolate Cream
Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 2 Cups Ginger’s Hot Chocolate Mix
- 2 Cups Water
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Over medium heat, bring Ginger Elizabeth Hot Chocolate Mix and the water to a boil while whisking constantly in a heavy bottom pan.
- Remove from the heat and add the vanilla.
- Pour into 3-4 oz. ramakins and chill overnight.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy.
