What You will Learn:
Ginger will lead the group through the Midtown Farmers Market where we will get inspired by seasonal produce and select some ingredients to use during class. We will head back to the kitchen and make custards and desserts using our farmers market produce!

What to Bring: This class does not require you to bring anything, but a notebook may be helpful to record notes.
What to Expect: Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts.Upon arrival we will make you your favorite hot chocolate or espresso beverage and there will be treats out for you to enjoy throughout the class. We will walk about 5 blocks to and from the Midtown Farmers Market. Expect to stand the duration of the class. We will taste what we make throughout the day and eat our custards and desserts at the end of class after we take pictures!

Attire & Hygiene:
- Hair must be up and pulled back.
- No dangling necklaces or jewelry.
- An apron will be provided.
- Closed toed shoes are required and non-skid shoes are recommended. Open toed shoes or sandals are not allowed.
