Our Bergamot Vanilla Bean Curd is made with organic Bergamot Oranges from Yolo Press and flecked with Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Enjoy with all your favorite Ginger Elizabeth pastries. 

All of our artisanal jams are crafted with organic fruits from local farms and cooked in French copper jam pans. These jams capture each fruit's peak-of-the-season flavor in every jar! We do not add commercial pectin or gelatin to our jams. Offerings change as fruit comes in season and flavors are available while supplies last.
