Teacher: Matt Masera, Culinary Director for Tyler Florence Group 

Matt is one of Ginger’s favorite people and plated dessert creators! We are so excited to have Matt come to our kitchen to teach a class about turning Fall produce into whimsically-tasty plated desserts. Participants will taste the various elements of each dessert along with the finished plated version. Participants will also take home a mini frosted parsnip cake and will receive a 15%-off coupon to use at either Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates boutique within one week of the class date. You will learn to make all of the components for two plated desserts:

Parsnip Cake, Pineapple Sage Ice Cream, Candied Local Almonds

Toffee Roasted Pear, Coriander Soil, Roasted Fennel Cream

Please note this is a demonstration style class. This class will take place at our West Sacramento Workshop; you will receive correspondence with the location details once your place in the class is reserved.
