We roast our almonds and candy them by hand resulting in a thin, crispy caramelized shell. They are then coated with bittersweet chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder. A magical combination.
Made with organic almonds from Bremner Farms in Chico, CA and Valrhona couverture chocolate.
