Ginger Elizabeth brings a mastery of classical technique together with an intuitive understanding of chocolate's potential to produce exemplary chocolate creations.
Seeking out local ingredients and producers whenever possible has allowed her to curate a menu of distinctive chocolates which reflect her northern California home.
Store chocolates in a cool, dry place (60°F - 70°F) and enjoy no later than 4 weeks after receiving them.
Allergens: All chocolate flavors contain milk. Some chocolate flavors contain peanuts, tree nuts & wheat. All chocolate flavors are produced in a facility with eggs, sesame and soybeans.
