Shipping Policies

Standard Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping on orders up to $100 and Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more. Available within the continental United States. Discounted and Free Shipping is not available for addresses in Hawaii or Alaska.

Shipping Schedule

Standard or Free Shipping orders will be shipped via UPS Ground to most addresses.
If the shipping location is warm enough to melt chocolate, we will use insulated boxes with ice packs to keep them cool and upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air at no additional cost. These orders may require longer handling time to avoid transit delays.
Overnight orders placed before 2pm PST Mon-Thurs will ship the same day.

Orders Placed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday:
Ship no later than the following Day
Overnight orders placed before 2pm PST will ship the same day

Orders Placed on Thursday:
Ship no later than the following Monday
Overnight orders placed before 2pm PST will ship the same day

Orders Placed Friday & Saturday:
Ship the following Monday

Orders Placed on Sunday:
Ship no later than the following Tuesday

We do not ship on the following Holidays: Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day, New Year's Break Jan 2&3.

Shipping Guidelines

Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, especially if using express checkout (e.g., Shop Pay or Apple Pay), which may autofill your default address.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. A valid U.S. street address is required.

Include a phone number with your order in case UPS needs to reach the recipient.

Ensure someone will be available to receive the package, as chocolate left outdoors may melt.
