Raspberry Rose Almonds

We use local, organic almonds from Bremner Farms in Chico for these irresistible chocolate covered crunchy treats. After roasting the almonds, we hand candy them which results in a thin, crispy caramelized shell. They are then coated with raspberry chocolate and a touch of rose oil.
