We use local, organic almonds from Alison's Organics in Orland, CA for these irresistible chocolate-covered crunchy treats.

Organic roasted almonds are candied with sugar, salt, cocoa butter, vanilla, and a hint of cinnamon, then covered in 62% bittersweet chocolate and rolled in cocoa powder.
