We make this caramel sauce with Northern California butter for a smooth and creamy finish.
Hand stirring the caramel in small batches allows us to achieve a deep, complex caramel flavor. A touch of Fleur de Sel sea salt added at the end of the process brightens and accentuates richly developed flavors.
