Fleur de Sel Caramel Sauce
We make this caramel sauce with Northern California butter for a smooth and creamy finish. Hand stirring the caramel in small batches allows us to achieve a deep, complex caramel flavor. A touch of Fleur de Sel sea salt added at the end of the process brightens and accentuates richly developed flavors.

Store unopened at room temperature for up to one year. Once opened, refrigerate for up to 6 months.
