Ginger Elizabeth jams are crafted with organic fruit from local farms and cooked in French copper jam pans, capturing each fruit's peak-of-the-season flavor in every jar! We do not add commercial pectin or gelatin to our jams. Made in very small batches with fruit harvested by local farmers; available while supplies last.
