We use local, organic almonds from Bremner Farms in Chico for these irresistible chocolate-covered crunchy treats.
After roasting the almonds, we hand candy them, resulting in a thin, crispy caramelized shell. They are then coated with bittersweet couverture chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder.
