We make this jam with organic nectarines from Twin Peaks Farm and a touch of wildflower honey from Sola Bee Farms.   

Ginger Elizabeth jams are crafted with organic fruit from local farms and cooked in French copper jam pans, capturing each fruit's peak-of-the-season flavor in every jar! We do not add commercial pectin or gelatin to our jams.  

Made in very small batches with fruit harvested by local farmers; available while supplies last.

Produced in a facility with eggs, milk, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, tree nuts & wheat.
Store unopened at room temperature for up to one year. Once opened, refrigerate for up to 6 months.
